Thanks Sam,

I'm happy to work with Birger to get this sorted out. I am pretty sure this
was simply a case of me inadvertently overwriting some descriptions in the
Braden Q archetype with those from the adult version.

@Birger - I will try to put up the new version into CKM in the next couple
of days. Can you adopt the archetype and let me know if it seems correct to
you?
