Any work on PHR?

Hi all,

our eCare project was something similar. We developed an OpenEHR based
cloud solution which was used by patients at home, doctors and nurses in
the clinical environment. The project was primarily focused on developing a
method and a platform that would support design and development of
different "interventions". We worked on interventions for diabetes, asthma,
obesity, sports activity and schizophrenia. We also evaluated the
"interventions" in clinical trials (asthma, diabetes, obesity) and field
testing for the sports activity intervention.
We modeled each intervention with BPMN2 and OpenEHR.

Regards,
Mate
